Return and Refund Policy

Return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To qualify for a standard return, the item must be unused, unopened and undamaged.

Please contact oceanbeautycosmetics1@gmail.com with your order number before sending a return. We will review your request and provide return instructions. Send items only after your return has been approved.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact oceanbeautycosmetics1@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. These requests are reviewed separately from standard unused-item returns.

Return postage

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Ocean Beauty Cosmetics covers return postage for damaged or incorrect items.

Original shipping charges

We refund original shipping charges when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your approved return, we will issue an eligible refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This policy does not limit your applicable consumer rights, including European Union withdrawal protections.
